Bangkok Airport to Re-open

Good to hear that the mob has started to leave Suvarnabhumi Airport and that flights will resume on Thursday which, from my own point of interest, will enable the Christmas mail to get through. A spokesman for the mob declares that his (minority) faction has won a great victory on the grounds that a Thai court has ruled that PM Somchai Wongsawat must step down over election fraud; a ruling he has accepted.

PM Somchai’s governing People Power Party and two of its coalition
partners have been ordered to disband and the parties’ leaders have
been barred from politics, however, it is by no means certain if the ruling will end Thailand’s political
crisis, since other coalition MPs have vowed to form another government
under a new name. If they succeed in their intent then discord will continue, and goodness only knows what further diabolical disruptions will be dreamt up by the mob.
